I was born in Montreal, but have lived almost exclusively here in Ottawa, Canada. I have no intention of leaving any time soon. Not only are all my friends and opportunities here, but Ottawa has a nice demographic. Notably a dense geek population. ;)

Both, if I can manage it. Being a GNU/Linux and Free Software and Open Source user, advocate, and coder is a way I hope to help ensure continuing freedom of speech.
I'm a tall lanky guy who's usually a bit of a klutz.
